Senior HR Business Partner

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to support our Corporate Banking and Treasury business units. You will work alongside senior leaders to design and execute people strategies that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with BU heads and senior managers on all people matters including org design, workforce planning, and talent reviews
• Lead the performance management cycle for assigned business units (KPI setting, mid-year reviews, year-end calibrations)
• Drive talent identification, development plans, and succession planning for key roles
• Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and ensure labor law compliance
• Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to business leaders
• Partner on change management initiatives and culture transformation programs
• Collaborate with COE teams (C&B, TA, L&D) to deliver integrated HR solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of HRBP or generalist experience in financial services or large corporate
• Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Protection Act and related regulations
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Data literacy — comfortable with HR analytics and dashboards
• Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken)

• ◆TW-CHRP certification
• ◆Experience with Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
• ◆MBA or postgraduate qualification in HR
• ◆Coaching certification
