Join our dynamic TA team at Central Retail, one of SEA's largest retail conglomerates. You'll manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate functions including Finance, Marketing, Digital, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions (15–20 open roles simultaneously)
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct search
Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview panels
Manage candidate pipeline in our ATS (Workday Recruiting)
Build talent pools for recurring roles and hard-to-fill positions
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Track and report TA metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness)
Requirements
2–4 years of recruitment experience (in-house preferred)
Proficiency with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search techniques
Experience recruiting for corporate functions (non-retail)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent Thai; good English communication
