Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

Join our dynamic TA team at Central Retail, one of SEA's largest retail conglomerates. You'll manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate functions including Finance, Marketing, Digital, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions (15–20 open roles simultaneously)
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct search
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview panels
• Manage candidate pipeline in our ATS (Workday Recruiting)
• Build talent pools for recurring roles and hard-to-fill positions
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Track and report TA metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness)

Requirements

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience (in-house preferred)
• Proficiency with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search techniques
• Experience recruiting for corporate functions (non-retail)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent Thai; good English communication
